Infrared Sauna

Infrared warms the body directly rather than heating the air around it. The heat is gentler to sit in than a traditional sauna and travels deeper, so you get a full sweat without the feeling of being cooked. Ours is private, quiet, and yours for the hour.

What It Does

Sweat is one of the ways the body clears waste, and infrared draws a deep one. As you warm, blood vessels dilate and circulation opens, which is why the sauna sits so well after training or a physically hard week: muscle soreness eases, stiff joints loosen, flexibility returns. The heat settles the nervous system at the same time, and the combination of circulation and perspiration tends to leave skin clearer.

What to Expect

An hour to yourself. We set out reverse osmosis water, tea and yoga therapy balls so you can stretch, breathe and hydrate while you sit. Afterward you are welcome to rinse under our sunlit rainfall shower, with natural body care products laid out for you.

Who It Is For

Anyone recovering from training, carrying tension from a demanding week, or wanting an hour that belongs to them. The sauna can be booked on its own or added to any treatment. Patients must be 16 or older.

Our Approach

Most people use the sauna after acupuncture or massage, when the body is already open and heat can finish the work. It pairs well with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and lymphatic drainage when recovery is the point. Ask us and we will build it into your appointment.
