This technique was originally developed by Yakov Gershkovich to promote deep relaxation of the facial musculature, stimulate lymph, improve microcirculation, and help relieve symptoms of TMJ. The technique intentionally connects with the the somatic body by bridging your awareness with stored emotions, ultimately improving overall well-being.
Our custom facial utilizes deep yet soft massage techniques that will slowly release each muscle of the face. This treatment is an amazing alternative to botox, fillers and other invasive procedures such as face-lifts that offers profound anti-aging benefits.

Sculptural Facial Massage

First, we intake all areas of the face checking for tight muscles and trigger points.
We then provide a deep oil cleanse on the skin and apply a medical grade manuka honey face mask. The practitioner then provides craniosacral therapy, along with some shoulder and neck massage to allow the lymph to flow with freedom.
Next, we move up the face doing a sequence of sculpting and lifting movements, followed by buccal massage inside the mouth.
We finish by cleansing the skin once more and applying a hydrating serum. We will close the session by grounding with breathwork. -
Some call this massage “the inside out facial”. This massage is performed with non latex, medical grade gloves inside the mouth. It focuses on releasing tension in the jaw while detoxifying lymph and fluid built up inside the cheek pad. This massage is loved by celebrities like Meghan Markel and Jennifer Lopez.

Immediately following the session you will feel very relaxed. Your skin will be vibrant with freshly oxygenated blood. The cheek bones will appear sculpted/ lifted and the jawline will be more defined.
Your face may feel like it did a workout and may experience some light soreness in the following day(s). We recommend visiting our Infrared Sauna to continue your relaxation and detoxification process afterward.
It is recommended to hydrate abundantly before and after this treatment. During your visit, we will provide reverse osmosis water and herbal tea. -
Yes! Your session will be catered to your specific needs. If TMJ and jaw tension is prevalent for you this massage will absolutely be helpful. We will focus on releasing tension from the exterior and interior, creating a truly deep healing experience.

Results are cumulative, if you have a specific goal we suggest coming weekly for 6-8 treatments, then continuing with monthly maintenance thereafter.
However, results will be visibly evident after the first appointment. -
